No oven for sure.
Tonight is taco salad with lots of black beans and veggies and I will brown ground turkey on the stove top. Chips and guacamole on the side. Kids have sports practices tomorrow night and will be starving. Pasta primavera but adding leftover grilled chicken for protein. Friday we always order-in pizza. |

In the same vein, we'll be doing tomato sandwiches with the giant heirlooms I got at the farmers market on Sunday. Thick slices of fresh white bread (I'm stopping at the bakery on the way home), Dukes mayo, a little salt, and fat slices of tomato. I think I'll make lemonade to go with it. |

I made chicken divan this morning. I’ll just stick it in the oven later, and we’ll have it with rice.
It’s not particularly seasonal lol but we haven’t had it for a while and I felt like something different. Tomorrow we’re gonna have quesadillas. Black beans/cheese/rice ( leftover rice from today) with tomato and avocado on the side. |
