strange lot for sale in Bethesda

Who would buy this lot? Even though it's 6,159 square feet the zoning setbacks and the skinny shape seems like building a decent size house on it very challenging. Is it owned by the adjacent house who is trying to make some extra money? https://www.redfin.com/MD/Bethesda/Fenway-Rd-20817/home/10912617

Very strange. If you zoom in on the satellite view it sits in the middle of a tennis court? I dunno maybe put a horse stable there?

This. It will be a PITA process, probably cost a bit of money, be very limited on what can be built, but jump through the hoops of getting special permissions and it could be doable.

What do you think the price range will be of the winning bid? 50k? 100k? 300k?

But to have an accessory dwelling, you need permission to have a main dwelling first

Negotiate with the seller of the land to have the permit out.

Your comment does not make sense. The lot is a 7th of an acre which is much larger than a tennis court.

I specifically noted that if you zoomed in on the satellite view it sits in the middle of a tennis court. That doesn't mean the entire lot sits on the tennis court, but it does run right through it. Are you always this literal?
