I am 4’11 and currently weight 123 lbs. as I mentioned in the other thread, I actually look pretty decent. A little chubby and have a slight belly but I would never have ever imagined the dire state of my metabolic health!
I am starting dietary and lifestyle changes that will hopefully bring down my body fat percentage in the 30% range to start. I will focus on consuming lesser calories. Lots of protein and fiber, little to minimal processed carbs and sugars. Cardio a few times a week. Heavy lifting 3 times a week Continue with barre 3 times a week. Wish me luck! |
Good luck OP! You can do it - it just takes determination, and putting yourself first! Never feel bad about doing that ![]() |

Good luck! Change is possible. Check out these Instagrams: The Wonder Women, Joan MacDonald, Susan Nierbegall. Dr. Mark Hyman used to be skinny fat too. He looks great! |
Looking forward to your updates, OP. I'm starting too! |
It could be worthwhile to get a personal trainer. A lot of them are not that good but if you find one with a good recommendation it can be great especially if you want to lift heavy and build muscle mass without injury. |
