Proffee

Protein and coffee mixed together evidently helps weight loss. Any one here trying this hack?

I've done this for a long time as I've always struggled to get the protein I need. Have no clue if it helps with weight loss

So what does a proffee drink consist of? Coffee and?

Just have and egg with your coffee.

Nothing special about it really. Protein helps keep you full longer than carbs. I put collagen peptides in my coffee every morning and it keeps away hunger for hours, sometimes until lunch.

I put collagen peptides in my cherry juice in the morning. There really isn't anything special about this, and I seriously doubt that little bit of extra protein is going to make much a difference.

I sometimes drink supercoffee. I don't use it for weight loss, it's just an easy way to get protein.

Instead of using creamer or sugar, I use a protein drink. I prefer premier protein. I've tried powders before but dislike having to mix it. I'm not a breakfast eater so starting my day with a 160 cal protein coffee has done me well.

I have always put cookies and cream protein powder in my coffee - for probably 10 years. It's way better than creamer.

DP. If someone starts a thread about topic and doesn't really explain it, sure, I guess we could all Google. But maybe, you know, it wouldn't hurt to add some context. Otherwise, what's the point of having a thread? Isn't it supposed to be a conversation? Not just a reminder that we all have the same search engines?

Sounds interesting. What kind do you use?

Y’all are way too into gimmicky nutrition crap.

I've been doing this for years (in my coffee) however it's not a complete protein so I don't really count it towards my total protein intake goal. I take it for the other benefits it provides. For protein in the morning just have an egg or two, you can't beat the nutrition punch it provides!

Well the Op asks if you have tried it. You obviously haven’t lol so I’m not sure what your expectation is. When I click on a link that I don’t know anything about I Google it rather than ask others to explain.
