How do you feel about this, I think its ugly and unnecessary.

| A stop at National Harbor sounds good! (if financially possible). |
| I wish they’d connect McLean to Bethesda or some other red line stop to alleviate the American Legion Bridge headache without having to go through DC. |
| I think it’s a great idea. I look forward to riding it in 2075 when they finally finish. |

100%. This map seems like a moon shot anyway. They should think bigger. |
There is a metro stop in McLean, there is a metro stop in Bethesda. It takes about an hour door to door. You can get through a lot of audio books without the driving hassle. |
Wait you think it’s ugly…like the new metro map would be ugly or the underground metro would be ugly? |
But imagine if they laid track along 495 and connected those two lines, and the trip could be done in a third of the time! |
| Who is going to pay for the new river crossing? |
| Every single one of us here will be dead by the time this is done, IF it gets done, and our own kids will probably be retired. |
| Make a bigger loop and go down Columbia Pike. If we’re talking moonshot and all…. |
| Run the orange line over to Bowie in the US 50 median |
| Chances are greater the USS Enterprise launches into space before this plan ever comes to fruition. |
| I agree with all the above and make a bigger loop by connecting the burbs in Va and Md. Similar to the Yamamote loop line in Tokyo. |
