Which country club in the area has a good tennis program?

I am looking for a racially diverse country club where I can find some tennis partners.
I want to find a long-term group to play with and I thought that people here might know.
Any suggestions?

Where do you live? It seems like proximity would be very important for a tennis club.

Aspen Hill tennis club.

Not a country club, but Fairfax Racquet Club would seem to meet your criteria.

My kids and I have loved Fairfax Racquet. We are closer to a tennis complex where we live but prefer FFX Racquet.

I’m in DC but I’ll probably move to Maryland

I might have to try it out. Thanks!

I think JTTC is where Tiafoe trained, and its where my Indian husband and bi-racial kids play:

I have played on 40+ USTA teams in the DMV area. Have played with/against all races. No one cares what race you are. League players love the sport and want competitive matches.

Public courts would be most diverse

Just play on public courts. A racially diverse country club is an oxymoron

Why do you need to join a country club to play tennis?

Stronger players don’t play at country clubs boo

Tuckahoe in McLean has a lot of tennis players and a good program for kids.

OP, Maryland has a lot of tennis options. MCTA (Montgomery County Tennis Association) is really well run with teams at every level for state league and also social tennis if you don’t want to be that serious (it can get pretty intense). Definitely look into it. Also the clubs can be good places to find partners — the Wheaton Regional bubble has a bunch of programs and you can pick up partners. I also liked Rock Creek Tennis Center a lot for drill groups. Lots of tennis in this area — have fun!
