I work out about 3-5 hours a week |
Generally 5 hours a week.
I take 2 barre classes a week - 45 min class I lift weights 3 times a week - 45 mins each time I walk one day a week for 75 mins. |
Brisk walking 1.5 hrs 6 days per week, weights 20 min 3 times per week, erg 15 min twice per week |
About 5-7 hours of cardio and strength (does not include walking, which I do at least a few days a week running errands around the neighborhood).
|
6 hours of lifting. That includes rests between sets.
1-2 hours of light to moderate cardio. |
About 5-6 hours a week |
8-9 weekly, on some rare weeks maybe 3 hours more. |
A lot - averaging 12. If I wasn’t training for anything, it would be much lower. When I’m doing random stuff it’s more like 5. |
Probably about 5. 30-60 high intensity intervals. 120 minutes of endurance type cardio on bike or running. 60 minutes of strength. And then some flex time for walking or extra strength or cardio depending on what I’m feeling that week. |
3-4 but that doesn’t include the 30-60 minutes of walking I do a say. |
Where do you find the time??? |
2-3 tops. |
None. Used to be 5’6” 120-125 but now as I near 50, crept up to 130 now 132. I need to start. |
Anywhere from 2-5. But I’m otherwise active in general. Clean my own house, do my own yard work, lots of basement laundry to be done, walking kids to and from school. |
How do you not get bored out of your minds, or want to do other things? I do 2 hourlong classes a week and am trying to build up the desire to do a 3rd, but honestly, I'd rather sleep in after staying up late to read something good or tidy my house or....I don't know. Seriously, please explain it to me! |
