Is coexistence even possible with people like the Washers?
It seems that The Plains leadership was completely blindsided.

I wish The Post had done their homework on Washer because he has a long history of this kind of stuff, not to mention constantly trying to shill overpriced annuities to unsuspecting older clients.

"On her Facebook page, Melissa posted a photo of herself, her husband and their son, Regan, outside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, when rioters stormed the building to prevent a peaceful transfer of power, leading to multiple deaths.

“It WAS an AMAZING day in DC!!” Melissa wrote in the post, which she has since taken down. “Truly an unforgettable experience everyone was peacecful [sic], kind and friendly with one another, no matter their race, nationality, socio-economic level, background or religion.” She later told The Post the family did not enter the Capitol. “We didn’t actually even know anything that was going on until we got home that night,” she said."

To ACTUALLY be unaware of what was going on at the Capitol on January 6, when you were at the Capitol on January 6? You'd really have to work hard at that.

Anyone who has doubts about Mike Washer should look him up on the FINRA website, for starters.

Actually no, tons of people have said the same thing. How would you know what was on the TV coverage if you’re standing outside?

Why would you need TV coverage to be aware of something happening with you right there?

These Washers are a disgusting duo. Just plain sickening.

William is about as kind and gentle as you can get. This story just makes my blood boil!

Some people are mean. Neighbor disputes happen. There's nothing new here that warrants a story.

Mike?

The Washer’s are the types despised by everyone, on both sides of the aisle. We all know people like them in our communities, and they suck. Having said that, there are still probably some Rs who feel obligated to defend them.

Tons of people who don't want to be prosecuted for sedition. "Who me? I was just walking by and someone thrust this tire iron in my hand and then this Capitol police officer stepped RIGHT in front of me...."

While there may be some politics to this story, the bigger issue is that these people decided to purchase next to a restaurant and then complain about what happens at a restaurant. They are simple a-holes.
