I’m not able to run or exercise because of a left foot AND knee(!!) injury for next 4-6 weeks. Any suggestions on exercise and diet modifications so I don’t balloon up☹️I was in the process of starting to watch calories and go off sugar to lose 10 pounds. I’m quite depressed by this set back |

Can you swim? If not, just focus on arms, back, shoulder and core while recovering. |
This is what I did, along with mat pilates. It helped me feel okay, but I did gain like 8-10 pounds over the months in 2020 that I couldn't run due to injury. I have yet to lose it. I was not mindful of pulling back on the calories at the time, nor did I notice just how much I was gaining (I'm only 5' 3", so 8 lbs is a lot). Good luck! |
I like this one too because of the weights. Don't forget that your diet has a big impact even if you are working out, so be sure to focus on that. |
