This current supreme courts make up is just terrible. The decisions are terrible from not only a human ethical and moral perspective, but also a legal perspective.

Who is this plaintiff woman that claims she’s an artist and why is this her passion? A true artist provides art to everyone and wants him to interpret in their own way. Even more laughable is the fact that she calls herself an artist.

It’s a corrupt court whose conservative members are bought and paid for by anti-American fascists.

The irony is this is going to make it even hollower when Christian nationalists whine about their supposed persecution and discrimination they face. We are now all free to just tell them to phuck right off!

Just horrible! I remember Amy Coney Barrett, talking about sexual “preference” and jumbling of legal terms during her congressional discussions. Doesn’t she als “look to God “ for guidance?

McConnell made senate democrats look inept under Trump and the democratic response when they had the senate and the presidency was to do nothing.

A totally wild case given that the plaintiff's claim to standing was totally made up: https://newrepublic.com/article/173987/mysterious-case-fake-gay-marriage-website-real-straight-man-supreme-court

I guess the web designer's sincerely held religious beliefs don't include the commandment about bearing false witness.

There’s this, too. This was all predicated on a hypothetical situation.

What’s most striking is why would anyone hire someone who was so hostile to their existence in the first place? So much for letting the market work.

The idea that this plaintiff was some how a victim because she lacks the freedom to discriminate is absurd.

Almost as absurd as the SC rulings that prevent states from creating laws to expand the rights of those who are truly discriminated against and PREVENT discrimination.
