FBI searched Trump’s home to look for nuclear documents and other items, sources say

There were 15+10 boxes of documents. It could be both. And more.

A standard bankers box can hold about 2000 sheets of paper.

Obviously nothing to see here!

So, Donald was trying to sell information on our nuclear capability to our adversaries. Is not this treason in the legal sense?

I'm dying to see the search warrant because it should cite the specific laws Trump is accused of breaking. Is 18 U.S. Code §793 (Espionage Act) on there?

The NSD-Counterintelligence Section wouldn’t be leading the charge if 793 was not featured prominently in the warrant and underlying affidavit.

I hope you're wrong and that DOJ is just being extra cautious. No offense.

The WaPo article also says the information the FBI was retrieving included signals intelligence and intimated it was related to Iran (at least, the article specified that when Trump was in office his aids often mishandled intelligence related to Iran insofar as it was ended up in the hands of staffers who did not have the security level to see it).

So what's going on here? Was he taking stuff to try to turn over to Middle Eastern countries like KSA, UAE, and Israel, where he might have financial gain?

And this is the very reason Trump won’t want the warrant released, but all signs are pointing to a willingness to join issue on whether any of the documents were somehow declassified my magical fiat — despite bearing no declassification marking, not having communicated the change to NARA or DNI, and no attempt to make the documents available to the public.

If that happens, they better have ironclad evidence.

At least as good as they had for the Rosenbergs. Absolutely agree.

Where did all the trumpers go? Don’t you want to defend stealing the nations nuclear secrets?

Bad link, sorry:

That didn't help. It still links to Daily Mail.

I then linked a Yahoo article and now can't find it on this thread.

Waiting to see what the spin on that is going to be.

Trump tried to install Kash Patel (Devin Nunes loyalist) as Deputy at CIA. Gasped threatened to resign. He then was appointed as COS to Acting Defense Sec Miller. Patel slow rolled the transition team access to DOD officials and reviewed briefing materials to restrict access to details regarding Iran, among other issues. This ties into reports that DOD thwarted efforts to launch attacks on Iran at the bidding of Netanyahu. So it would come as no surprise the Trump pigeonholed classified documents relating to Iran and its nuclear capabilities.

TO WHOM DID THE BOZO SELL OUR NUCLEAR SECRETS?!?

Saudis? Putin? Is this why the guy seems so sure to win in Ukraine, even though he's now emptying his prisons and sending murderers to be cannon fodder?

Yes, this is what he did...

Not sure if related but DOJ just unsealed a charge against an Iranian national for trying to murder John Bolton.

It was just revealed the Iran was plotting to assassinate Bolton.

America under Biden is a lawless police state that can kick down your door and just take whatever classified nuclear secrets that anyone happened to steal.

Apparently the boxes were not full and some only contained an envelope of documents. But quantity matters less than quality!
