Personal Trainer Recommendation?

Anonymous
My parents are (very generously) gifting me some sessions with a personal trainer now that my youngest is 1. I had 2 c-sections and am looking for someone-preferably female-who is knowledgeable and possibly certified in working with postpartum women. I started to look around on Google and got overwhelmed, so would love some recommendations! Thanks!

Wellmom in Arlington offers in person and virtual training and sounds like what you are looking for.

Depending on where you live, I would check out "Prepare for Performance" in Rockville, md.

How much is this per session or do you buy so many at a time?

Where do you live?

ultimate performance is an expensive gym filled with very young trainers with zero qualifications. I used to train there, lost a bunch of weight only to gain it all back. I ate 3 different foods for 10 weeks.... not realistic long term. I train at Thesis now, similar concept but a much more realistic approach (yes the results come slowly but they come and stay).

Can't recommend without knowing where you live, but I wouldn't write off a male trainer. More important is how long they've been doing it. New trainers can get you injured. Something I'm sure you can't afford with a kids

NP, but does anyone know of any of these trainers will come to your home?
