Well, cod to start . But I also add garlic, celery, mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.

Actually patties. No reason to capitalize one word at the end of a sentence. But autocorrect did try. I like to add finely diced red bell peppers, dill, capers, depending on what I have on hand. Salmon cakes are one of those things that surprisingly everyone in the family gets excited over. |
