I’m trying to switch mine up a bit, from the standard egg, mayo, onion and cracker crumb. What else do you add?

Well, cod to start . But I also add garlic, celery, mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.

No, fresh. I chop either by hand or put in the food processor. I am PP with the ginger/soy/sesame/dijon.

Actually patties. No reason to capitalize one word at the end of a sentence. But autocorrect did try.

I like to add finely diced red bell peppers, dill, capers, depending on what I have on hand. Salmon cakes are one of those things that surprisingly everyone in the family gets excited over.
