Fiber supplement for weight loss/appetite? What kind?

I can't make sense of fiber...why are there so many different kinds? I want the kind that will help with regularity and fill me up. Thanks.

I eat plenty of fruit and veggies, but I know drinking a fiber drink REALLY curbs my appetite...

This is a sure way to F up your digestive system. Don't use fiber to curb your appetite. As long as your bowel movements are good, don't fix what ain't broken.

If you're hungry eat an apple. If you dont want an apple youre not that hungry. Apples have lots of soluble and insoluble fiber. Skip the fake supplements and fiber drinks.

I've been eating japanese eggplant cooked in an air fryer - very filling!

Japanese eggplant is far superior to the regular kind. I am Italian and am never going back.

hi OP, i find psyllium husk very good. it's natural and gives me no gas or bloating.
i buy a "whole" husk version instead of the powder. lots of brands sell it. https://www.vitacost.com/organic-india-whole-husk-psyllium
i take a tbsp a day, put it in a little container with juice or milk or whatever, shake it up and down it.
