| I haven't but I"m seriously thinking about it this year. |
| No, I don’t. It’s immoral, illegal, and dangerous. |
I know all that. |
| What? No! |
| No? Why would you want to do it? If you’re in DC and can’t afford a physical, there are places to get one for very low cost (maybe even free?) |
i can afford the physical. Each form is 35$. Each, per child. Per camp. |
| My kids are older now and don't need forms that often, but there was a year when I thought about it, the forms were so ridiculous. Didn't actually go through with it. |
It has nothing to do with that. Kids school forms are a PITA and have to be timed with insurance payment schedules. For that reason, yes. |
| No, but I've had my cousin sign who's a GP in New York (I'm in Virginia). |
| You can get in all kinds of trouble for this. Not only fraud but some jail time. |
| What forms? |
OP here. I'd argue it's about the same thing. Also, I do have a doctor friend...not sure I have the courage to ask though. |
| My mom did when I was young because we were too poor for a doctor |
| No but I'd like to. The forms have to go through the "medical records office" and need tons of lead time. And it's not that we actually need another physical, it's that every camp requires a separate signed medication administration form. Day care even requires a doctor's signature to administer sunscreen, a new one every spring and fall along with a new tube of sunscreen, which is just a ridiculous hoop. |
| NO. Gosh, that’s risky. |
