| I usually read novels, but I want to try out some self help or self improvement books. Anything that you’ve found really interesting or impactful? It can be on any topic (e.g. physical health, mental health, improving memory, improving relationships, etc.). |

Oh man I really go in phases with self-help books but right now my favorite is How To Keep House While Drowning. So good!
I also really like Laziness does not exist. Another good one that isn't quite self help is Lost Connections. It's about anxiety and depression. |

7 Habits of Highly Effective People is old, and hard. But for the ambitious it is useful.
Getting Things Done. Another classic. Also a fan of Healthy as F*k. But maybe Ozempic is easier. "Never Split the Difference" is a great read and eye-opening at the right time. |

The 48 Laws of Power

| Life changing magic of tidying up. Finally helped me let go of some sentimental things that were no longer serving me. |

One of my favorite books is The Artist’s Way. I found the process to be genuinely life changing, and often a lot of fun, although sometimes challenging — in a good way.

| Pretty much any book I’ve ever read about Buddhist teachings has at least one life-changing nugget of wisdom. (I’m not Buddhist but just skip over anything too religiously technical and read for the more general “how to approach life” stuff.) |

Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus.
It's an old book, but it helped me greatly in understanding how men and women think differently. |
