It repeals criminal code section 3-322 which prohibits bestiality. Did Maryland just legalize bestiality??

No, it decriminalizes oral sex. This is what was repealed:

A person may not take the sexual organ of another or of an animal in the person's mouth;

place the person's sexual organ in the mouth of another or of an animal;

commit another unnatural or perverted sexual practice with another or
with an animal.

A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction
is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years

It’s such an odd law, to equate sexual acts with a person with sexual acts with an animal. You’d think they’d be separated as they are very different.

This is uninformed alarmism.

The Democrats in Maryland made bestiality a felony in 2019. Bestiality is covered under a different part of the criminal code (10-606). This was an obsolete part of the code that could have been used to bust someone for getting a bj from their wife.
