It seems like every children's show is just full of random loud noises and screaming, and overly silly/whining voices. Are there are good shows for younger elementary age kids that feature people or characters talking fairly normally instead of screaming? He likes Number Blocks and we've done a little bit of Magic School Bus. Mr. Rogers was good when he was younger. Kid friendly is fine, too. He likes casual documentaries, for example.
On the off chance that anyone knows of good Korean language or Spanish language kid or kid friendly shows, I'd love to know about those too. |

How old? I think the noise/action etc is to keep certain kids' interest so it depends on age and interest.
