| Why else would you select McLean, Va besides the excellent public schools? |
| More expensive food at the neighborhood parties |
| Proximity to DC, larger lots than Arlington. |
| I think it’s the good schools and the proximity to DC. |
|
Everyone on my street is a doc, lawyer, ceo etc.
The riffraff is priced out. |
This is why we chose to live here. It’s not very exciting but it’s a reasonable commute to several locations. |
| No poors |
| Great location. |
|
So close to Tysons for shopping where there is no crime.
Oh...wait... |
| One perk is you get to think you’re better than everyone else. |
| It’s the best location with the largest number of expensive houses. Close to DC but just enough off the beaten track that the amenities are for the locals. |
| We live off Georgetown Pike in McLean. We choose it because we could get a bigger house/lot with an easy commute into DC. |
I'm so envious. Everyone on my street is a government or nonprofit professional. They are so out of control.
|
So lazy bums and losers, basically. Nice of you to make PP’s point. |
As one of the "lazy bums" that makes your local services work, I am so glad I don't live in McLean. Wow. |
