| I’ve used the Creat pro whitening strips for years with great results. Not a vain person but I get a compliment on my smile weekly. You can do the full treatment plan of once a day for 20 days or the way I use them is for maintenance, I’ll wear a set just once every 2-6 weeks or before an event. The latter works once they are at the whitening level you like. |
| Do the products mention above work for sensitive teeth / make your teeth more sensitive? |
| Has anyone tried the Snow whitening products? |
| Any hydrogen peroxide whitening gel with LED light trays! You can get the trays on Amazon. |
| A mixture of baking soda and peroxide. Or brush with toothpaste and a small bit of baking soda. Rinse with peroxide. |
| Oil pulling with coconut oil works really well for me. And I drink way too much black tea. |
Curious about this too. |

NP...professional whitening and white strips have been a painful disaster for my teeth. So bad.
But I tried the LED tray and no problem at all. I mean, not even a sensitivity. I won't say it took fully care of the deep coffee stains close to the gums, but the rest of the tooth is super white. I got the Smile Direct brand, but I am sure they all work the same. |
not Op but can you provide more details on how you do this |
Before brushing, just pop ~ 1 Tbs of raw, organic coconut oil in your mouth and let it melt. Swish and pull it through your teeth like thick mouthwash for a handful of minutes (I do it while in the shower) and spit directly into drain. Some people report issue w/the oil causing pipe buildup (because it solidifies under a certain temp), but I always run hot water and have never had any issues. |
