Swish and pull it through your teeth like thick mouthwash for a handful of minutes (I do it while in the shower) and spit directly into drain. Some people report issue w/the oil causing pipe buildup (because it solidifies under a certain temp), but I always run hot water and have never had any issues.[/quote]
