Unhealthy food obsession is evil

Anonymous
Obsession over what we are eating is what causes us to be overweight or underweight in the first place. The whole idiotic trend about diets and what you eat and don’t eat is why you overeat or under eat in the first place. Most here, obsess over what they should not eat, they spend all the time thinking about eating and what to eat. Truly it is the cause of weight gain and loss.

I have lived in several countries and only in the U.S. did I find people this obsessed with food.

Cool story. In many other countries they don’t have enough to eat.

You posted this exact language in the other thread. Why start this thread?

Kill your TV and stop reading the media. Problem solved. I haven’t really watched “TV” in YEARS. I don’t pay any attention to ads on the internet.

As the other poster suggested, eat real food. Mostly plants. I eat a lot of meat, but you can get a lot of protein from plants.

When I don't obsess about food, I gain weight. And I have a generally healthy diet. But I have too much hummus or too much brown rice and I gain. When I Ty to eat intuitively, that's when I get fat.

You do know that not everyone is like you, right?

Which part is stupid or trolling? What do you find stupid about my post?
I do not understand constant need to think about is this healthy, is cake bad for me, don’t eat fruit, eat keto, eat vegan, do IF.
I never heard an Italian, Egyptian and people in most countries vilify foods as much as people here do. Yes, I lived there as well.

Thanks for posting that.

Telling people who find it hard to find balance in a world obsessed with thinness, competing food messages, competing medical advice, and marketing designed to make you both crave food and feel ashamed about it “evil” is evil.

What do you struggle with, OP? Let’s pick you apart. And if you say “nothing” then I’ll offer up your judgmental attitude.

That’s a cool story. Perhaps you can move back and judge people here in the US from afar.

Lol okay. I used to live in Asia — they talked, thought, and judged food way more than any American I’ve met and were much healthier.
