Leasing a PHEV - how long to wait?

Anonymous
Does anyone know what the lead time is to lease a PHEV or even an EV? Our car was totaled so unfortunately we don’t have time to wait long.

teslas have plenty of inventory.

PHEVs are harder to come by. it can be very hard to get a RAV4 Prime; if I could get one, I'd buy it. Instead I'm buying a RAV4 Hybrid.

I don't know about the Prius Prime.

I don’t know. We’d been talking about switching to a PHEV or an EV in the next couple of years. Then a tree fell on our only car. Waiting to hear from insurance but given that every piece of the body work is damaged and the car is more than ten years old, we think it will be totaled. I’d prefer not to have to find a vehicle in a rush. I think we’ll need to get whatever is available - unless there is some kind of stop gap solution? Maybe a long term rental? Looking for ideas here.

Can you rent a Chevy Bolt/BoltEUV? My local dealer usually has one or 2 on the lot. There is a tax credit too.
