| Where can you get some nice men's suits for a young 20 something on a budget? |
| Men’s Warehouse. Prices reasonable and they also do alterations. I tried Nordstrom rack and they were pricier. |
| Macy's- Ralph Lauren sale |

Jos A. Bank
https://www.josbank.com Wherever he ends up going, tell him to ask for a Classic cut suit. Otherwise, they'll sell him whatever is trendy (skinny cut, or bright blue, or whatever is trending at the moment), and he probably wants something that will last a long time |
Don’t do this. Suitsupply or Indochino are the go tos for entry level suiting |
| Agree with indochino, suit supply rec. or even j crew. |
|
If you know measurements order from spier and Mackey
Otherwise suit supply |
Don’t do this. There’s nothing to make you feel worse about your first job than being in a frumpy out of style suit that’s also in a super cheap fabric, that you’re expected to wear for ten years. Buy a $200-300 suit in a contemporary fit and color, so that he feels great about himself, and expect that he’ll be in a better place financially in two years to get a couple upgrades in the $300-$500 range. |
Suit Supply and Indochino are not go tos for entry level suiting. Jos A Bank and Men's Warehouse are. |
PP was replying to the idea that the OP's son should get a "classic" suit instead of something modern. I am also not a fan of that idea. |
+1. Also, try nordstrom rack. It's hit or miss by you can end up with nice suits on the cheap |
Mens Warehouse suits are garbage that make anyone wearing them look like they can't afford better |
It’s worth an extra 200-300 bucks to go suitsupply or Indochino route. I wouldn’t be caught dead in a banks or MW polyester disaster |
jos banks always has a $250 suit. |
| Wherever you buy it, make sure it’s tailored well. It will make it look more expensive than it is if it fits well. |
