Help me find a flowering evergreen

Partial sun. Would like one that flowers in the spring/summer but still has leaves in the fall/winter. Suggestions?

Kalmia latifolia and Rhododendron maximum. There are others that produce berries, such as bayberry.

The only reliably evergreen one in this area is Southern Magnolia.

Some of the new hardy gardenias are nice. Sarcaccocca is a nice low grower.

Nothing is going to bloom all spring and summer except a rose or maybe a hydrangea.

Although deciduous, the leaves on oak-leaf hydrangeas are tenacious and in the DMV a material percentage tend to stay on the bush until they are pushed off by new growth in the spring. Might be worth considering.
