Just a note, that just because you leak when sneezing does not mean you have a weakened pelvic floor. You can also have an overactive pelvic floor and leak, especially when sneezing or coughing. The overactive PF cant appropriately take the load of the sneeze/cough because it is already at/near max contraction capacity. You may need an eval to determine whether you PF is overactive or needs strengthening. |
