What if no eggs? (Inflammation que)

I have a bad case of inflammation for some time and I am looking to make diet changes. I am at the right weight and am a vegetarian. I eat two boiled eggs with some salt and pepper for breakfast. That keeps me full and am happy with that.

But now I am reading eggs may cause inflammation. I need something spicy/savory for breakfast and something I can make quick in the morning. Any ideas?
