Electrolytes

Do you add electrolytes to your water - if so which do you use?

I drink a ton of water, it's boring as hell. I do work out quite a bit probably could use some electrolytes anyhow.

Thans!

Ultima raspberry is my go to.

No. I'm not an olympic athlete training outside in the summertime. Just squeeze a slice of cucumber in your water, or a couple of frozen raspberries. You could muddle lemon or lime, make them into ice cubes, and drop the ice cubes into your water.

But that doesn't replace electrolytes. I don't think you need to be an extreme athlete or order to need electrolyte replacement. I think if you sweat you're losing minerals even if you drink a lot of water. Maybe i'm wrong, I'm certainly not an expert.

I use a half a tablet of these. I don’t work out hard but I do get headaches unless I drink enough water and I don’t have to drink as much if I take these. They’re awesome!

True...but As long as your kidneys are functioning properly, normal workouts or even hard workouts aren’t depleting you to the point where you need these. Your body takes care to hold on and let go of electrolytes to remain balanced.

I like liquid IV. I only take it when I’m shooting a wedding in the outdoor heat. I’d take it during long summer runs if I did that anymore, but I don’t.

Liquid IV works so well, but it is really sweet.

Nuun tablets are my go-to.

I like DripDrop. The berry and watermelon flavors are great after the gym or if I am just craving something sweet.
