| Anything that didn’t have you lying on your back is fine. I played tennis up until a couple days before birth. I know people who ran marathons. It’s not a great time to start a new, super intense workout regimen, but it’s fine to do all your usually exercise or build up slowly to a higher level of workouts |
| I did barre until 39 weeks and it was the best thing I could’ve done for my body. Totally resolved my SPD and sciatica. |

I did orange theory until the day before I gave birth. I also did yoga and weight lifting on my own.

Whatever is comfortable and truly, understand and accept that pregnancy does different things to different bodies and you really have to listen to your own body when making these decisions.
I know one lady who was jogging 5 miles at 38 weeks. I was puking and had early pelvic bone separation (SPD) that made walking painful and was close to bedridden. Both are normal (I hope you are not me!) and you shouldn't let someone else's journey make you feel bad about yourself. Or conversely, let it make you feel that good about yourself (ie, become the kind of person that talks about how you stayed active and thats why you had an uncomplicated birth blah blah). It's kind of just luck, but your body is really good at sending up the alarms when you've crossed the line. Congrats! |

I'm a competitive dancer and danced for hours on each of my baby's due dates. I probably danced 10 hours a week (like salsa, Viennese waltz). I got out of breath more often and had some balance issues, but everything else was nbd. I felt like that hippo in Fantasia. I mowed the lawn weekly too. I've heard people say that active people go into labor earlier- nope, not in my case anyways. Mine were 42 weekers.

| In my second trimester and I'm still going to solidcore (which I did regularly pre-pregnancy). I would be interested to hear from others about how long they were able to keep up solidcore during their pregnancies! |

| Don’t run once you get bigger. I tried hard to be fit in my pregnancy and then ended up with a prolapse. Wish I hadn’t run in the third trimester. |
| You can do anything and everything that feels good. However, walking, stretching and yoga are enough if you want to go lighter. Just keep that movement up as much as you can. Even a little bit is really beneficial. |
