Why do rich and thin women do barre?

And why are they all so attractive?

So they can stay thin and keep their rich husbands?

I'm thin and not rich, and I do barre because I think it's fun and it makes me feel good. I'm only thin because it's my genetic disposition. If I were richer, I'd take more barre classes because they are expensive.

Isn’t Barre one of those specialty things that people pay$60 a call for? That explains the rich. And I assume thin and and exercise are heavily correlated.

Because they have the time and it's their cohort.

I will say that in the barre classes I have taken there are all shapes and sizes. I couldn't see their bank accounts tho.

Did you just start another thread about barre yesterday? What are you finding so surprising about this? It's an expensive exercise class - most ppl are fit and well-off.

The woman that take these classes have the ability to pay lots of money and can do them in the middle of the day. Barre is great for Womens bodies- lots of thigh and butt work. If you do enough of them, then yeah, you have a pretty toned body that you use to flaunt in your Tuckernuck clothes in Palm Beach on spring break

A lot of women dread the idea of "bulking up." Barre uses very light weights and tons of repetition, which is not conducive to building large muscles. These are the same women who 20-30 years later will develop osteoporosis.

I see varying sizes at my barre3 classes. Not all thin women. Not sure about their financial situation. I do barre regularly though and am not rich.

Lots of people of varying sizes at barre. Also, mostly educated due to where barre opens, but not all rich. Even during the daytime, since a lot of people WFH now.

I say educated but not necessarily rich because the barre studios I go to happen to be near where a lot of professional services buildings are but also nonprofits and I know a lot of nonprofit workers who go to barre.

Lol (1) lots of barre classes encourage using the heaviest weights you can handle and use them for isolated resistance exercises that will absolutely "add bulk" in desirable ways, and (2) the biggest contributor to osteoporosis is eating disorders and other malnutrition, not working out with light weights.

We get it, you hate thin women.
