I need to use at least a dozen eggs

I’m sure this has been asked before, but what are your favorite recipes to use a ton of eggs?

I over ordered from the farm and have a ton that I need to get moving on.

Boil a dozen to eat during the week. Angel food cake or meringues for the whites. Flan for the yolks. You can bake them individually in muffin pans, assemble breakfast sandwiches with cheese, English muffins, and then freeze.

They keep in the frig for weeks but if you want to use them up quickly, deviled eggs are my go-to. Here is a website that has a lot more: https://backyardchickenproject.com/200-recipes-that-use-a-lot-of-eggs/

I make an egg bake with whatever veggies I have on hand. Add a bit of milk & cheese & meat as desired.
If you bake in muffin pan, they’re easy to freeze for quick breakfast or snack.
