Just started Purebarre

I love it but I am so weak and need to take breaks in every set of workouts! The thigh work is SO difficult!

I am 7 classes in and I can already do a 90 sec plank and my husband says my butt feels firmer.

It's always the exercises that don't look like they're that hard (maybe because they're demonstrated by someone really strong) that just KILL me. Good job, OP!

I remember when I first started doing barre. I could not do more than 20 seconds in plank position. After 7 years now I can do longer than 1 minute. Also side planks. Also my core strength is impressive - I actually have a slightly visible 6 pack...slightly! Good for you OP.

To each their own. I live right by a barre3 but just can’t get in to it. Would prefer to drive to PB

Pure Barre is super hard. remember the best exercise is the one you actually do!

I've tried Barre Method, Purebarre, and now Barre3. Nothing compares to B3, nothing. It is far more difficult and challenging - in a good way - than the other two, combined.
