| Are players required to attend both days of tryouts? |
Definitely skip the second day. First day is enough. |
Corrigan took a lot of heat for excusing kids (nearly the entire Command team) from the second day of tryouts. I’d say save your money, the teams are already chosen. |

Teams are definitely pre-picked and given who the coaches are certain schools will definitely be OVER represented on the squad as evidenced by last year's process. Do not waste your money. |
be there or don't waste the money. Besides the better players will win out anyways. |
| Says one of the pre-picked players wearing the yellow helmet. |
Teams are pre-selected, no need to attend either day. |
| $200+ dollars to support a corrupt process and promote other kids over your own. Welcome to youth lacrosse. |
I don’t think it is quite that bad but it is not a fair tryout for sure. The high school coaches who are involved select most of their own kids. There seems to only be a few spots that are truly up for grabs. Nike might be worse though because club teams select the team- Madlax for DC and Crabs for Baltimore. A few years ago Madlax 2024 had 17-18 kids on the Nike team that was selected by their coach. |
