Where I really fault Northam is that he imitated Michael Jackson. The Jackson blackface is more puzzling and pathetic than automatically disqualifying, because Jackson notoriously sought to whiten his own face. Really? Jackson wasn’t known to be any of those things - although they were rumored. And we still don’t know if those allegations are true. And no, that’s not the real issue here, Church Lady.

Mississippi still has the confederate flag incorporated into their flag design. I doubt this will hurt his chances too much.
