I'm looking for stellar Black Forest Cake, or another chocolate based specialty cake. N.VA/dmv
Ex: I once had an Earl Grey Chocolate Cherry cake from Junction Bakery that I still dream about. However, that pastry chef has since moved on. |

I like Ina's cake and made it for years as a special occasion cake, but I really love this one from Smitten Kitchen so much more. I've made raspberry filing for it, used the ganache, oh, my goodness, it is so good.
