I have been 127 pounds for 6 months, only 5'3. I gained a few pounds over winter break and have been working to lose them, but I was hoping to get down to 124. I've been at 127 for over 2 weeks. I am eating around 1600-1700 calories a day, so not a huge deficit, but also exercising enough so that I'm burning around 2000 a day. I was hoping to lose even .5 pounds a week. Am I at a point where I am the lowest I will be based off how much daily food I prefer to eat? I haven't had dessert in weeks, I am feeling deprived and for nothing. Should I stop trying? |
2 weeks isn't a plateau |
What do you consider a plateau then? The internet says a few days to a few months. |
I mean it's not a plateau that tells you anything. You could have lost half a pound of fat and be up half a pound of water weight for any reason. It's just not a long enough time to give you any information. |
127 v 124, who cares? No onr else notices, trust me. You seem a little diaordered. |
You can definitely tell the difference when you are short. You must have never been in the 120s ![]() |
LOL no one can tell the difference between a 22 and a 22.5 BMI. It’s not all that skinny. Closer to overweight than underweight. |
