Iran Explospions - any takes?

Interesting things happening in Iran right now - reports of multiple explosions, multiple cities, possibly as many as 7 cities, possibly as many as 4 provinces. Reportedly the sites of the explosions have been military facilities, ammunition plants, drone manufacturing, oil refinery. There is video purporting to be from today showing air defense firing at something as well as video that appears to show what may be missiles or kamikaze drones striking buildings.

Yesterday, the Azeri embassy in Tehran was violently attacked. Reprisal from Azerbaijan? Israel? Certainly Ukraine would like to see the supply of Iranian Shahed drones to Russia stopped.

Not Israel. They do not have the ability to hit Iran and would never piss off the Russians who are dependent on Iran for weapons.

Do people really care that much about pissing off the Russians anymore? Russia can barely handle its one battle front in Ukraine, let alone open a second one with someone else.

Satellite imagery released on Sunday appeared to show minor damage to the building.

Ronen Solomon, an independent intelligence analyst and author of the Intelli Times blog, said that the small size of the blast indicated that the target wasn’t an ammunition storehouse. Instead, he said, it could have been a lab or military-logistics site.

MORE apparent airstrikes happening in Iran now. Reportedly the Iranian Revolutionary Guard headquarters in Mahrabad has been attacked, as well as an Iranian military convoy heading to Syria.
