| Hosting a family member with dairy allergy but they “will eat any vegan cheese”, which I appreciate they don’t feel like a bother but I’d like to get something others will also enjoy. Any suggestions? |

| I totally agree with the liquid miyokos the poster above suggested! |

Kite hill vegan ricotta. Or if you are open to making it yourself..link below.

| I would not try and imitate pizza with vegan stuff. Do a zatar bread instead. Pizza dough stretched out the same, or you can do multiple smaller circles. Make a paste with zatar spice, olive oil, and salt and spread on the dough and bake |
Agreed...find something cheeseless |

For cheese free. I’ve done carmelized onions, with sautéed and red peppers; tomato garlic confit smeared on crust. May seem like a lot of work for one person but you make loads and then can use it later on other dishes or add to your own pizza.
Essentially just roast vegetables fork mask and top crust. The trick is making interesting herb/spice combos. Eggplant or baba gannoush is delicious as well. |
| None. They liquid miyokos is probably the better of the options. Try to find something cheeseless in general. |
