Title IX was one of the first things that came to my mind when the story broke. Transferring students accused of sexual assault from one campus to another with nothing in place to protect the girls and women at the second location is a very common Title IX violation. \I'm glad that someone is doing it even if I hate Stephen Miller

Loudoun is a blue county. Youngkin lost here. I realized he squeaked by in the state, but no one should confuse Loudoun with being Youngkin country. This may be why the right-wing keeps trying to beat the schools dead horse here. It’s exploitative.

Too bad no feminist group cared enough to do anything. Students accused of sexual assault were moved from one school to the next without any thought given to the women and girls at the second school. The administration then lied about it. I don't care who the lawyers are, LCPS deserves to be taken through the ringer over this. If this was a district in Alabama and Gloria Allred was leading the case, people would be cheering, but because this is a blue county with a blue school board, the girls and their families are supposed to shut up and be quiet.

I live in Loudoun. Overall, it's purple but Eastern Loudoun trends blue. It's a big county.
