West Elm just cancelled order

We placed an order late last summer/early fall for a new sofa. West Elm delayed shipping twice and just emailed that they'll be unable to fulfill the order. It was due to be delivered by the end of the month so this is ridiculous.
Recommendations for a place to get a sturdy sofa that won't have a long lead time ending in a cancelled order? We have kids and dogs so I don't need fancy furniture hence the West Elm plan. Nicer than Ikea but I'm not spending $10K on a sofa at this point in life. |

| I like Green Front Furniture in Manassas. Don't think they have an online catalogue so you have to go out there. Had success getting a nice looking couch and nursery chair for I think around $1,200 each. |

| Crate and Barrel allows you to sort by what is and is not in stock. I really regret not buying from them. I do not recommend Room & Board as they were having similar supply chain issues as Pottery Barn/West Elm over the past year. I also bought in stock coffee tables from West Elm and got them in a few days - at this point, I'm not buying anything that isn't guaranteed in stock. |

| I love our Crate and Barrel coach, but we got it pre-Covid so not sure if/how they are affected by supply chain issues. |
