Air fryer salmon. Look up it but up on the TikTok.

Basically sprinkle with salt, paper, garlic powder and paprika. Air fryer for 10 minutes at 400. Serve with rice, kewpie Mayo, avocado, and siracha. Serve in a seaweed wrap.

I had some baked salmon left over and I added a small amount of mayo and seasonings to make a salmon salad (akin to a whitefish salad).

Salmon chowder, or any fish stew

Break into flakes, mix with a bit of mayo, and make a sandwich similar to tuna

Toss into a pasta dish, like alfredo or primavera

Asian salmon rice bowl. Here is my dressing that we pour over:
2 Tbsp. gochujang
2Tbp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
4 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2tsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
1–2 Tbsp. water

Another vote for rice bowl. In a pinch, an Asian salad kit provides veggies you can stir fry and then top everything with the dressing.

We always flake it and mix it with Alfredo sauce, garlic peas, and farfalle pasta.
