| What is shiv? |
A Whig is a homemade weapon made in prison, like a sharpened toothbrush. To shiv someone is to stab them, typically when they are unaware and typically someplace vulnerable, like through the kidneys from the back. |
To shiv people is to stab them with a makeshift knife. Generally used in the context of prisons and other places that abound with dubious people of low morals, like elite colleges. |
