Anyone else grossed out by social media foodies and food reviewers who eat in their cars?

Why is this is thing? So low class and nasty.

It’s so weird that it’s a trend! But it doesn’t bother me. I eat in my car sometimes too.

Why is it low class? Do you only eat formal haute cuisine meals?

No. I rarely eat in my car, but doesn't bother me, especially during the pandemic.

No manners, no etiquette, makes your car gross, no shame? It's classless and bottom rung. Are these people embarrassed about their dwellings, so they record stuff in their car?

It never occurred to me that it was about embarrassment over their residences. I assume that they want to enjoy the food while it is hot/fresh, and driving home (or to their next destination if they weren't headed home) would mean that it was less so if they waited until they arrived there to eat it.

Eating in your car is trashy period. Let alone filming it and thinking you're cute and hot.
