Airport fashion advice?

Any specific suggestions for items to wear on flights in order to be comfortable while still reasonably stylish? (Jeans / leggings aren't a great option for me because the tight feeling is uncomfortable during extended flights.) Bonus points for clothes that work well transitioning from cold to warm climates and vice versa. Thanks!

swishy, loose pants in black. Long sleeved, well-fitted t-shirt, big shawl/scarf that can roll into your carry on but is also warm, comfortable sweater (ideally like one of those yoga type cardigans). Trendy sneakers.

This will keep you warm, give you layers, and also keep you looking fashionable.

Why do you care about looking stylish? I've worn both leggings and jeans on flights going from winter climate to summer or vice versa with no problem.

I always wear stretchy ponte knit blacks pants or jeggings with with fashion sneakers or slip ons. On top usually long sleeve shirt and a large colorful scarf or wrap for the plane.

If I'm traveling in the summer usually wear a long maxi dress and comfortable wedge sandals. Also with scarf/wrap.

I always wear black flowy yoga pants (kira grace) , a t or tank and a cozy cashmere wrap or duster with sneakers/uggs or birks in the summer. I love travel and the airport ensemble is part of the getaway, plus, we usually make a stop at the various airport clubs and I just like to look a little more put together - but that's just me.

Literally no one cares what you are wearing except you. Wear whatever pants are comfortable on the bottom with layers on the top.

That's not "put together", and it's funny you call that very bland outfit an airport ensemble. I don't care what you wear. It's just the way you seemed so proud of it, and pointed out the (uninteresting) brands...

I apologize for my rudeness. I AM glad you're enjoying your travels.

Why not joggers? Check out Vuori Performance Joggers.
Or you can wear something like Athleta Brooklyn Ankle pants.

I'd avoid loose pants that touch the floor but that's just me.

Lounge sets. basically sweatpants with matching shirt, but it's a bit tailored so it looks quite fashionable

If you are rude intentionally then apologizing for the intentional behavior is meaningless.

The above outfit sounds great and put-together to me.

Layers, find a pair of pants with a drawstring or elastic waist that aren't hideous, and think about using color and pattern to create balance and sharpness to your clothes while keeping the fabrics and shape nice and comfy. Also get a great pair of stylish sneakers or other comfy shoes

So an example outfit:

Black joggers: https://vuoriclothing.com/products/womens-performance-jogger-black
Striped black & white tee: https://www.clubmonaco.com/en/women-clothing-tees-tanks/bowee-tee/0004513073.html
Fun cropped sweatshirt for layer: https://www.bloomingdales.com/shop/product/marine-layer-rainbow-sweatshirt
Gold sneakers: https://www.zappos.com/a/the-style-room/product/9879557/color/887261

It sounds like a mishmash but because the base is black pants and a striped tee, it actually looks pretty pulled together with fun elements. And the nice thing is that there's enough color and pattern that it's easy to coordinate a bag -- you could go plain black, grab a color from the sweatshirt, add metallic to coordinate with the shoes

Especially given the weather/climate note, I go for linen pants (mine have drawstring waist), sleeveless top (for arrival) with some sort of cardigan or layer (remove when arriving to warm climate). Pack turkish towel or pareo in carryon as extra layer in flight if-as needed.

Agree, it's hysterical that you think you look put together in this ridiculous outfit.
