YouTube recommendations for strength training, older woman

I don’t have Instagram and anyway prefer YouTube. Any good strength training influencers that focus on heavier weights and if possible, older women? I like Caroline Girvan and recently found Nourish, Move. Also, is a 35min workout, 4 times a week enough? I do 30 min yoga almost daily.

I really like Kaleigh Cohen. I started with her spin classes and also do some of her strength classes. I love that she does a live class on Saturdays. It gives me something to look forward to. I’m close to 50 and also work out with a trainer (helps push me and motivate me) and I only mention this because she does a lot of the same exercises me trainer has me do and I don’t feel like she’s reckless or her workouts are dangerous. I think this is really important for us to be careful of with online workouts.

Her and her husband run the channel and workouts, have an adorable pug dog in the background and she’s quirky, light and keeps it very positive!
