Eric Goulet: I can't Let it Go

Seriously, you are supposed to be our SBOE rep. Start acting like it.

I do think you need to let it go.

The SBOE is not a full time position and being a member of the SBOE does not mean that someone cannot is required have their own lives and conduct their affairs separate from being a member.

Wait, what? He is the one who just filed this complaint and you are telling a poster on a message board to let it go?

The funny thing was that he acquitted himself very well last night at the W3EdNet meeting. He projected an understanding of the issues, reasonable positions, and was even conciliatory towards past rivals. But then he posts something like this and all hopes are dashed.

Every utterance by Goulet now gets its own thread? He's certainly living rent-free inside someone's head. Pretty weird since he has no actual power.

This is not an utterance, it is an official action that requires a government response.

If he's such a troll, why amplify him, even with his "official actions"?

You all have Goulet on the brain for some baffling reason, and it's amusing.

it is! if it weren't so exhausting. He knows he's trolling and he enjoys it. He might have rationalized some of this trolling to himself by now as The Right and Just Thing to Do, but he is clearly relishing being the villain. If you stop treating him that way, it'll get boring for him and the folks who have Goulet Brain.

I appreciate people posting his tweets. I think there is something seriously wrong with the guy

Interesting you find it amusing. He is wasting city resources with this filing and will likely cost those accused of wrongdoing, at a minimum of their time and possible legal expenses to defend this frivolous allegation. The sworn testimony gathered by OCF already negated these allegations, so basically this is like the GOP Kraken.

This is the “waste of resources” straw that broke the camels back? That’s not a great point when the subject is the DC government.

If you ignore him, he'll go away. He just wants the attention, clearly, and a whole lot of posters here are taking the bait.
