“Rich “in Washington DC is apparently $199,000 and to be top 5% $652,000. Is this in line with what your experiences have been?

Population: 701,974
Lowest Income to be Considered “Rich” (Top 20%): $198,674
Average Income of the Top 20%: $363,219
Average Income of the Top 5%: $651,989

Somewhat surprised by the relatively low income figure for average income of the top 20% for Philadelphia.

You need to have a trust fund for your kids. Pay for their private school, private college, dental work, nose job, college counselors, wedding, car, condo, school for their kids, college for their kids. Otherwise you are trash parents.
