Chicken thighs + coconut milk = ??

I googled some recipes and found a few that were similar curry style. Anyone have a favorite recipe that uses these 2 ingredients?

Is that your answer? Not the PP, but it sounds a lot like what we feed the dogs when they're sick. Boiled chicken and rice with carrots.
