Most Valuable Class You Took in College?

What was the most valuable class you took in college?
What would you recommend every undergrad should have?

Every undergrad should have:

An exercise class or 3-4 days a week in a sport or at the gym
A personal finance class ( or to know the difference between a stock and a bond, basic investing)
A basic statistics course
A nutrition class
An organizational behavior class
A negotiation class
A human sexuality class
A happiness or mental health class (like the popular happiness class at Harvard)
A non European or non American history or literature or religion class

Also, they should be able to identify their ways to destress that don’t involve majority bad habits like alcohol, tv watching, overeating or drugs.

Finally, everyone should have a service industry job like waiting tables or cashier, preferably for at least 6 months.

English 101. Honestly.

Second would be reproductive biology or human sexuality (an incredibly popular class at UMD).

Forgot a business writing class. How to write clearly and succinctly, especially in a business email.

Unless you're talking about looping all of these into 1 or 2 crash course, this is 27 credits, more than 1/5th of college!

No freaking way!

I have a degree in chemical engineering and took nothing like any of these courses. Except I did take an ethics class in the religion department. This was over 30 years ago and I don’t think much has changed. And I don’t see that as a good thing.

Personal Finance. I wish they had taught it in high school. Whatever they taught me in college is no longer relevant, but I continued to be interested in all aspects of it.
Reading books about why poor stay poor. I'm poor.

General teaching methods.

But quite honestly, high school was more valuable to me than nearly all of my college classes. I have two graduate degrees in education and I can think of maybe 2 classes that were helpful to me in the classroom. General teaching methods in my undergrad was one of them. I read a lot of professional books each year to ensure I know what I need to know because college certainly didn't prepare me to teach.

So what if it’s 27 credits? They said the most valuable classes. College is 120 credits. If you take 30 for your major, you have another 90 credits.

Also, some of these I took, but some of them I wish I took. Also, some I took in grad school after missing them in undergrad and I wish I took them at 20 instead of at 30. (Org behavior, stats, personal finance, negotiation come to mind)
