Natural diet suppresants?

I know black coffee is one but are there are any others that you know of? Or that seems to work for you?

I think nuts sate appetites well but I don't like a lot of nuts.

Let me know what has worked for you!

Protein and fiber

For me, the combo of protein and fat does the trick. Cottage cheese and plain greek yogurt both keep me full.

Do you have any go-tos? I generally know about protein and fiber but I wanted to see exactly what people were snacking on and whether it worked for them. Thanks!

Exercise does it for me.

Also lots of hydration - Gatorade zero works well for me.

For me also, exercise helps reduce my urge to overeat. I exercise daily, and I know that if I overeat my workouts will feel horrible. I walk every morning and alternate days of weightlifting and Barre.

- Drink lots of water
- Have a good protein + fat snack or meal right after working out
- Drink more water

Menthol lyptus cough drops. You'll not want to eat anything for a couple of hours after.

Chia seed pudding. I most often make it with soy milk, cocoa, and maple syrup. I’ll sprinkle with a tablespoon or so of slivered almonds for texture and drink a massive glass of water afterwards. Not hungry for hours.

I also make overnight oats with 2 Tbs of chia seed, frozen blueberries, and soy milk with a very small bit of maple syrup. By morning, it’s amazing. The seeds give the oats staying power; without them I’d be hungry within half an hour!

I drink Celsius in the morning:

And then a protein shake around lunchtime:

I'm typically not hungry all day.

I am hungry for dinner by 5ish though so I eat an early (healthy) dinner.

And, if I remember, I try to have drink a glass of water with this an hour before eating dinner.

I eliminated added sugar from my diet in mid-November. Appetite is suppressed because I just want a cinnamon bun or blueberry muffin and nothing else is that appealing.
Requires self-control when colleagues bring in donuts, but once you start, after a rocky ten days, it gets easier every day.
